Frank Magli BSc PT, CAFCI
Frank’s interest in Physiotherapy began while competing as an athlete at a variety of local high school sports and having completed a co-operative education placement at the Sault Area Hospital in Physiotherapy. Frank graduated from the University of Toronto in 1992 with Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Frank is certified in the use of Acupuncture by the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada and has been an active member of the Ontario and Canadian Physiotherapy Association for twenty years. Frank has completed extensive post graduate physiotherapy training in manual therapy, acupuncture, vertigo, orthopaedic and sports injuries. His practice includes a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue release techniques and exercise along with patient education. Frank has been providing acupuncture as an effective alternative therapy for many of his clients. For the last 8 years, Frank has served as a clinical professor at Sault College for the Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. He successfully completed his E1V1 manual therapy certification courses. When away from the clinic, Frank can be found playing hockey, golfing, working out at the gym, and coaching his son’s football team.
